Profile

Fred is a “Gloucester County Bred”, even though he resides in Gloucester Township, Camden County with his wife, Diane.  The guess is that the word “Gloucester” is there and that makes it okay to be there.  He takes pride that he was born and raised in the Westville-Woodbury area of Gloucester County during the 50’s & 60’s.  His children and grandchildren all reside in Gloucester County, son - Fred Jr. and family are residing in West Deptford Township, while daughter – Stacie and family are residing in Elk Township.

Having been licensed in real estate since 1971, less a short reprieve ('79-'81) due to the mortgage market conditions, and having to provide for a young family.  Returning to a full time position in 1982 he takes pride that his attention to serving his clients was not simply a job but as a personal project for each transaction.  After obtaining his Broker’s license in 1986 he entered into the management side of the business, and served over the years as a sales manager, office manager, transaction coordinator, compliance manager, trainer, mentor, broker of record, and as a co-owner in various real estate firms.

With almost 47 years in real estate, Fred has successfully navigated a variety of markets and holds an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the foreclosure and short-sale transactions.  He has been requested to serve as an expert witness in estate matters relating to real estate marketing and value.  His experiences with mortgage modification goes back before our current understanding of the term as related in today’s market.  A client was in need of some assistance in a foreclosure matter, a portion of the mortgage document was brought to the attention of the mortgage firm’s attorney known as the “Forbearance Clause”.  They immediately worked out an arrangement with the homeowner and the foreclosure was stopped in the mid 1980’s, that result today would be termed as a "Mortgage Modification".  Utilizing the "Forbearance Clause" he arranged with Mortgage Firms, to accept less than the total balance due, which today would be termed as a "Short Sale".

Fred has devoted much of his professional career to providing service and support to the sales agents assigned to his responsibility, his premise was that if the agents were serviced and supported adequately, that they would provide superior customer service to the office’s clients.  While he never obtained the various designations and production awards, he made certain that his agents obtained theirs.  The obvious uniqueness of his position with this firm is that as the Managing Partner/Broker of Record, he is once again involved in servicing clients.

While serving as a sales associate, then as the sales manager for a very successful commercial/industrial brokerage during the mid-1980’s to the mid-1990’s, he was personally involved in the sale and purchase of many properties varying from homes to single lot transactions to shopping centers and land developments of up to 300 plus home sites.   Involved with the municipal, county and state approvals in many of those transactions, where the clients saved thousands of dollars in fees, because of his expertise.

Having the myriad of professional experiences gives him a unique perspective in the sale, purchase and lease of properties, RESOLVE’s clients will be able to reach their ultimate goal of a successful transaction.  Having such ample experience in sales, servicing, consulting, project management and an astute attention to detail, Fred is confident that he is the ideal agent “to service, manage and facilitate a smooth real estate transaction” for each client.

When not working, Fred enjoys spending time with his wife and their 3 grandchildren.  The entire family enjoy taking camping trips at various locations up and down the East Coast.  He has dedicated many years to youth activities, scouting and baseball, plus offering almost 23 years as a baseball umpire for all ages 8-18.  Personally his favorite pastimes are watching NASCAR, and the Philadelphia Phillies, Eagles and Flyers.

Now that Fred has returned to be involved in personal production, he believes that his experiences will help him better serve his clients’ real estate needs.  Having a strong background in sales and management, gives him a particularly sharp eye in the business aspects of his work, he understands that each transaction is an investment and enjoys assisting the client in negotiating and securing their best options.  Give him the opportunity to be of service to you and your family’s, or firm's real estate needs to obtain that successful real estate transaction.

You will be pleasantly surprised of the final results.
